Harold Neer Obituary

Harold Neer, 85, died October 10, 2020. He was predeceased by his beloved twin brother Frank, his parents Earl and Bessie Morrison and sister Violet Goodspeed. He is survived by his niece Georgene (Clarence) Strawn and nephew Ronald (Valerie) Goodspeed. Harold canoed in the General Clinton Regatta for many years and loved deer hunting. He was a member of the Windsor Free Methodist Church and formerly worked as a custodian at the Broome County Courthouse.

Graveside services 3:00 pm Friday October 23, 2020 at Spring Forest Cemetery, Binghamton.
