Mary McNeill Messina Obituary

Mary McNeill Messina, 91, of Greene, NY passed away June 25, 2022. She was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Clara McNeill; two son Michael and James Messina; sisters Peg, Joyce, Trixie and Carol; and brothers Don, Tom and George (Butch). Mary is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Charlie and Becky Messina of Bingamton and Steve and Dena Messina of Greene; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law Mervin (Mickey) and Sharyll McNeill of Warren Center, PA, many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a school bus drive for Greene Central Schools, retiring after 22 years of service. The family wishes to thank the staff of the west wing of the Willow Point Nursing Facility for their compassionate and dedicated care of their mom for the past 2 1/2 years.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Greene Fire Department, 8 N. Canal St. Greene, NY 13778. The family will hold services at a later date.
