Paul Robinson, 90, a lifelong resident of Binghamton, passed away June 2, 2022 at his home. He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Hazel, brother David and his parents Howard and Norma Robinson. He is survived by his daughters, Virginia (Ginger) Robinson and Linda Briggs (Les Spicer). Paul had 5 grandchildren; Renee, Billy, Sara, Amber and Paull and 10 great-grandchildren. He served in the Naval Reserve for two years. Paul had numerous hobbies with flying being the love of his life. He was an avid licensed glider pilot and belonged to the Tri-Cities Glider Club in his younger years. Other interests included hunting, scrap metal, fishing, coins and a passion for beautiful glassware. He would always say "Life is a treasure hunt", you never know what you're going to find. He was a wonderful husband and father. Although he was small in stature he had a huge heart and will be missed by all that knew him. "Fly with the Eagles dad".
A memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Saturday June 11 at the Crossroads of Life Church, 20 Exchange St. Binghamton. The family will receive friends at the church from 6:00-6:50 pm. A private burial will be in Conklin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in His Memory.
