Vincinia Marie Oney 64 of Johnson City, died on February 5, 2023. She is survived by her children, Tahira (Shamir) Abdul Raheim, and Cheo Upsure, grandchildren; MacKenzie Watkins, Rafeeq Oney, Shafeeq Hosea, Malachi Upsure, Aquila Upsure, Khadija Upsure, Sana Upsure, Sadiq Upsure, Tameem Abdulqahhar, Omarian upsure, Musa Toombs and Azayah Upsure, siblings; Daria Upsure, Kerwin Upsure, and Nancy Jennings. She is predeceased by her parents Norman Taylor and Anita Louise Upsure and her daughter Najah Upsure.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday Feb 7, 11:00am at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home. She will be buried at the IOST Cemetery of Binghamton.
