On Thursday July 30, 2015, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, Deanne L. Jones was called home to Heaven after a lengthy illness. She was surrounded by loving family.

Deanne was a strong woman and fought her illnesses over the years with courage and strength. In times of good health, she enjoyed camping and fishing, especially in the Thousand Islands region of New York. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and worked at Novello's cleaners in Endwell.

She is survived by her family, her loving and devoted husband of 19 years, William F. Jones, Sr. of Binghamton, a son, Jerry (Dewayne) Perkins of Olive Branch, MS and her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia A. and Scott Karl of Newark Valley, NY, Bill's children, Kelly Zacharias, Kimberlee Jones, Matthew Jones and William F. God saw you getting tired,
And a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,
And whispered, “Come to Me.”

With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts
To prove to us,
He only takes the best.
