Dear Zwart family,
I treasure the days I sat and stood next to Liz making beautiful music.  She always reminded me of Dinah Shore and I often told her so.  It was such a pleasure to stop by the house and visit with her as I dropped off rummage sale items, and it was never a short visit!  Always a most gracious, friendly, caring woman, she will be in my heart always.  It's easy to imagine her "...singing the savageness out of..." many a bear...as well as singing with God's angels.  My sincerest condolences to all of you, and please know that you're in my thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Zwart was the last member of the church choir that had a direct relationship and link to my father, Carmen Kingsley.  Because of their mutual love of music and their participation in church choir together, I felt a very special link to her when I looked up from my pew and saw her and heard her beautiful voice.  It brought back great memories for me and it reminded me of seeing my dad up there, sitting right behind her.

I'm so sorry for you loss.  She was a great lady that lent her dignity and grace to our church and everyone she knew.

Dear Linda, Patty and family,
It was with great sadness that I read the news of your wonderful mom's passing.  She was a very special lady......always a lady!  Her smile could light up a room and I always loved chatting with her, whether it was at the shop or at school.  I know she was very proud of her children and loved you deeply.  Please accept my heartfelt sympathy at this time; I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you with His peace............

I will always remember Mrs. Zwart as the most positive person that I have ever met. As the young boy next door on Greenridge Street, she filled me with her happy smile on those days that our paths crossed. I felt warm and safe with Mrs. Zwart. She was indeed a link in my success as a person. I will deeply miss her, but I know she will be watching the little boy next door until I greet her in the heavens above. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.  She was a beautiful lady! Art & Kathy

We could never ask for a better neighbor or friend. Our world is diminished by her absence, but the chorus in Heaven gained a truly angelic voice.

Harry, Linda, Patty, and Rick,
We are so sorry that Liz is gone.  You are correct that she could sing the mean out of a bear.  She always made everyone feel welcome and invited.  We will miss her and will always hold her in our memories.
Jan and Molly
