We are so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a wonderful man. We thank God that you can rest assured he is in heaven with His Lord. May all the wonderful memories give you joy and peace until that day when you see him again! 1Thess 4:13-15
We love you and if there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to ask.

I was blessed to not only grow up in a Christian home but to also be part of a church family with godly examples to pattern my life after. Harold and Betty Truax lived their testimonies of faith in Christ, influencing myself and many others who continue to serve the Lord. Harold's passing into the presence of his Savior reminds me that I have much to be thankful for.

It is hard to lose a loving Dad, I know. My sympathy is extended to Tom and Sharon and I will remember them often in prayer in the days to come. Our comfort is knowing our hope in Christ is not for this life only but for eternity. [1 Corinthians 15] Betty, I trust you will be comforted knowing that we have a good shepherd who will wrap His arms around you and support you with the confidence there will be no parting when we all get to heaven.

We now have one more reason to be "looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ who gave Himself for us." [Titus 2]

In his name, Pastor John R. Thomas
