In the early morning hours of Wednesday, October 21, 2015, Jean Marie Williams, 85, slipped away to her heavenly home to be with our Lord and Savior and to be with her beloved, Harry, her mom Florence (Blakeslee) Fox and step-dad Alfred Fox.  Jean was predeceased by her father William McCracken, several brother and sister-in-laws, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jean is survived by her sister Cora Scott, her sisters-in-laws Dawn Kennicutt, Roberta Williams, Sandra ODell and brother-in-law Bill Williams.  She was survived by many nieces and nephews and their families including Jo Anne Hall, Stephen Gross, Deanna Larsen and Debbie Harris and also by many cousins, including Patty Yenik and Sue O'Halleran. She also leaves behind two dear friends, Ann & Dave Pooley, who were special blessings  to her for all  they did to assist her when she was still living at home. Jean retired from the Sheltered Workshop in 1995 and had worked at various businesses in the area including Endicott Coil, and the Ritz Team Room. She bowled for many years at Laurel Bowl.  She was a well known fixture at many of the local Bingo halls as Bingo and going to Atlantic City with her soul mate were some of her joys.  She enjoyed family, never forgetting to send cards to all of them for every occasion, geneology, leaf peeping with her great-niece Debbie, birds, wildlife,  mountains, and fishing.  She lived in Colorado in her younger years and enjoyed making  trips there with Harry to visit family whenever she could. Special thanks go to all of the employees at the Good Shepherd ALP and to the employees at Bridgewater Center 3A for the wonderful care and friendship they brought to her during the last couple of years. 

A memorial service will be held at the Landmark Church, 126 Court St., Binghamton NY on Tuesday at 6:00 pm.  Family and friends are invited.  Burial will be 9:00 am Wednesday at the Chenango Valley Cemetery.
