Virginia Belk, 68, of Binghamton died May 22, 2015 at Susquehanna Nursing Home in Johnson City. She is survived by her longtime companion, Raymond Rhinebeck.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday May 26 at Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
