Cynthia Ann Frobel, 48, of Binghamton, passed away unexpectedly, May 27, 2015 at home. She was predeceased by her father Milton E. Frobel. She is survived by her mother Mary Janice (J.J.) Frobel of Lake Park, FL, brothers J. Steven Darrow of Cape Coral, FL and John E. Frobel and wife Karen of Chenango Bridge; one sister Bonnie Weant of Myrtle Beach, SC; nephews Terry J. (Cate) Frobel and Jared E. Frobel; nieces Andrea, Annette and Amy Eleftheratos and Lauren E. Frobel; great-nieces and –nephew; and close friend William Wellman. Also her best buddy Emmit. Cindy attended Binghamton schools until moving to Florida. She graduated from FAU with a degree in International Business and Finance.
