Peggyann Spach, 79,  passed into the arms of the angels, February 26, 2015 after fighting a valiant 3 1/2 year illness. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, John Spach, her brother and sister-in-law, Herb and Alice Spach of Portland, ME, a niece and her husband Karen and Drew and their children, Ella and Greta, of Burlington, VT, a nephew and his wife David and Darshiana and their children Ava and Sam, of Portland, ME, her  cat Dixie, devoted friends and caregivers Delores Bowman, Mike Franey and Joan Zopp,  along with countless other dear friends that supported her and John during her illness.  Peggy will be remembered for having a strong and independent spirit that allowed her to face life and her illness with strength, determination and class. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

 A memorial gathering will be held Saturday May 30, 2015 from 1-5 pm at the Binghamton German Club. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the Binghamton German Club, 218 Loughlin Rd., Binghamton, NY 13904.
